Section Per 602.01 - Transfer of an Employee Within an Agency(a) Upon written notice to the director, the appointing authority may fill any vacancy with the transfer of an agency employee from any position within the same class title to a vacant position with the same class title.(b) The appointing authority may determine when it is in the best interest of the agency to transfer employees.N.H.
