Section Per 1501.04 - Documents Obtained or Generated During the Course of an Investigation Documents obtained or generated during the course of an investigation involving an employee shall:
(b) Be maintained separately from the employee's agency or division personnel files; and(c) Not be placed in the employee's agency or division personnel file unless included as part of a disciplinary action.N.H. Admin. Code § Per 1501.04
