Section Per 103.01 - Organizational UnitsThe division of personnel shall consist of the following organizational units:
(a) A bureau of employee relations, headed by a manager of employee relations, who shall be responsible to the director for the duties established by RSA 21-I:44, II.(b) An education and training bureau, headed by an education and training officer, who shall be responsible to the director for the duties established under RSA 21-I:42, XII, including, but not limited to, establishing workshops and training sessions for appointing authorities and answering technical questions on matters related to efficient personnel administration.(c) A bureau of human resources administration which shall be responsible for the management and coordination of classification, certification, recruitment and examinations.N.H.
