Section Per 102.18 - Compensation

"Compensation" means a schedule of pay for a major group, as defined in Per 102.45, or any subset of a major group, established in accordance with RSA 99, consisting of a minimum through maximum rate of pay for each pay band established for a major group. The term includes "pay."
