Section Per-A 207.10 - Order of Presentation(a) In disciplinary appeals, appeals of non-selection to a vacancy, and conflict of interest appeals the appointing authority shall present its evidence first. At the conclusion of the appointing authority's case in chief, the appellant shall present its evidence.(b) In reclassification appeals, reallocation appeals, and appeals arising out of the application of rules adopted by the director of personnel, the appellant shall present its evidence first. At the conclusion of the appellant's case in chief, the other party shall present its evidence.N.H. Admin. Code § Per-A 207.10
