Section Per-A 104.01 - Public Access to Records(a) The board maintains its records in the division of personnel offices in the State House Annex. Those records shall be open for inspection, in accordance with RSA 91-A, on weekdays during regular business hours.(b) Interested persons may obtain a free copy of the board's procedural rules or may obtain copies of decisions for a fee of $.20 per page of copy.(c) Interested persons may, in accordance with RSA 91-A, obtain a copy of an audiotape recording of a hearing on the merits for a charge based on the actual cost of producing the copy.(d) The board's office location, mailing address and contact numbers are: The New Hampshire Personnel Appeals Board
