Section Pdab 203.06 - Stay of Board Orders(a) A stay of board action shall be specifically requested by a party to the proceeding.(b) The mere filing of a motion for reconsideration shall not operate as a stay of any order, but a motion for stay may be combined with a motion for reconsideration.(c) If the board becomes aware of additional information that was unavailable or was not discovered prior to hearing that would change the final order, the board shall stay the final order for reconsideration by affirmative vote of the members of the board.(d) Consent agreements shall be encouraged and provide a legitimate conclusion to the hearing process.(e) When the consent agreement is issued, the signatories to it shall thereby waive their right to a motion to reconsider.(f) Intervenors shall have no standing to contest the consent agreement.N.H.
