Section Pdab 203.04 - Standard for Granting Motion for Rehearing

A motion for rehearing a case subject to appeal to the New Hampshire supreme court under RSA 541 shall be granted if it demonstrates that the board's decision is unlawful, unjust, or unreasonable.
