Section Pdab 203.01 - Settlement(a) Settlements between the parties shall be encouraged in accordance with RSA 541-A:38.(b) Parties shall attempt to settle a matter before it is scheduled for a hearing and may settle a matter at any stage of the proceedings.(c) All settlement agreements shall:(1) Be in writing, describing the agreement's material terms; and(2) Be signed by both parties and their attorneys or agents.N.H.
