Section Pdab 201.05 - Waiver or Suspension of Procedural Rules or OrdersThe board, upon its own initiative or upon the motion of any interested person shall, upon approval by a quorum vote of the members of the board, suspend or waive any procedural requirement or limitation imposed by this chapter provided:
(a) A 10-day notice is given to all affected persons;(b) The proposed waiver or suspension appears to be lawful, and would be more likely to promote the fair, accurate, and efficient resolution of issues properly pending before the board than would adherence to a particular procedural rule or requirement; and(c) No party or intervenor objects to the waiver or suspension.N.H.
