Section Pdab 101.04 - Manufacturer

"Manufacturer" means a manufacturer of prescription drugs that are distributed in the state. This term does not include a packager, repackager, labeler, or relabeler unless the packager, repackager, labeler, or relabeler sets the price or controls the price of the prescription drug.
