Within 10 days of receipt of a notice of revocation of a permit pursuant to Pda 707.03(b), or, if the applicant or permit holder files a request for reconsideration pursuant to Pda 708, within 10 days of receipt of a notice of decision under Pda 708.03(b), the vessel for which the permit was issued shall be permanently removed from its slip. If the vessel is not removed by 11:59 p.m. on the tenth day following the receipt of such notice, a representative of the division shall arrange for the removal of the vessel from its slip. The owner of the vessel shall be responsible for any costs incurred by the division in removing the vessel from its slip.
