Section Pda 607.07 - Written Notification and Return of Permit Required in Certain Circumstances(a) A permit holder shall provide written notification to the division within 15 days of the sale or other disposition of the vessel for which a pier use permit or annual berthing permit has been issued; or(b) A person required under (a) above to provide written notification to the division shall return the permit to the division within 15 days of the event requiring notification under (a) above.N.H.
