N.H. Admin. Code § Pda 502.18

Section Pda 502.18 - Nearshore area

"Nearshore area" means that portion of a mooring field or mooring subfield, as described in (a) or (b) below, whichever is the greater:

(a) The portion within 50 feet of the mean high-water mark; or

(b) The portion from the mean high-water mark to the mean low water line.
