Section Pda 308.01 - Submission of Written Request(a) A pilot shall request in writing to the authority to receive approval to be absent from the pilotage area for a period of more than 60 days without termination of the pilot's appointment.(b) The written request shall include: (1) The time period that the pilot will be away from the pilotage area; and(2) The reason(s) that the pilot will be away from the pilotage area.N.H.
