Section Pas 208.01 - Recordkeeping(a) Unless otherwise specifically stated elsewhere in the law or rules, all records and documents received by the board shall be retained for a minimum of 5 years.(b) Notwithstanding (a) above, the original approved designs package of a lift shall be retained for a minimum of 5 years after the last registration.N.H.
