Section Pas 203.01 - Request for Hearing(a) An operator who is aggrieved by an order issued by the board or the commissioner, except for an emergency shut down order, may request a hearing within 10 days of the service of the order.(b) Requests for a hearing shall be sent to the board at: Passenger Tramway Safety Board
