Section Pas 102.02 - Duties of the Board

The responsibilities of the board include:

(a) Adopting rules pursuant to RSA 225-A:8;

(b) Accepting and investigating complaints pursuant to RSA 225-A:13;

(c) Registering passenger tramway operators pursuant to RSA 225:A-14;

(d) Issuing emergency shut down orders and other orders pursuant to RSA 225-A:18-a and 225-A:19;

(e) Holding hearings as required by RSA 225-A:20; and

(f) Any other duty or power specified by statute.
