Section Pari 811.03 - Greyhound Disposition and Injury Records(a) In accordance with RSA 284: 14-c and 14-d, the commission shall maintain records and statistics regarding the disposition and injury of all greyhounds that have participated in dog racing in New Hampshire, including racing greyhounds received from other jurisdictions.(b) Pursuant to RSA 284: 14-c, II and 14-d, II, disposition and injury records shall be retained by the commission for a period of 7 years and shall be made available to the public upon oral or written request.(c) Greyhound disposition and greyhound injury report forms described in Pari 811.04 and Pari 811.05 below shall: (1) Be typewritten, printed in computer-generated typescript or legibly hand-printed in ink; and(2) Have all sections completed or, if not applicable, designated as not applicable.(d) If the commission, for the purpose of obtaining the information required by RSA 284: 14-c, I or 14-d, I, requires any material or information in addition to that submitted on a greyhound disposition or greyhound injury report form, it shall: (1) So notify the person submitting the form in writing within 60 days; and(2) Specify the information or other material that the person submitting the form is required to submit.(e) Additional information requested pursuant to (d) above shall be supplied by the person submitting the form within 10 days of the date of the request by the commission.N.H.
