Section Pari 807.04 - Duties of Greyhound Owners
(a) Individuals and corporations owning or partly owning greyhounds for which the NGA registration document shows the names of the individuals or the names of the corporation, as applicable, shall be licensed as owners.
(b) In the case of the ownership of a greyhound by a business entity which is not a corporation, each member of the business entity shall be licensed as an owner.
(c) Any change in the ownership of a greyhound shall be promptly reported to the racing secretary.
(d) The new greyhound owner shall obtain an owner license.
(g) If an owner is suspended from the racing premises, every greyhound wholly or partly owned by him or her shall also be suspended for the duration of the owner's suspension.
(h) An owner of a greyhound which is not associated with a kennel operator shall designate to the commission a trainer of record.
