Section Pari 807.02 - Duties of Kennel Operators(a) All persons with an ownership interest in a kennel operation shall hold an owner's license or an owner-trainer's license.(b) A kennel operator shall obtain a kennel name license before submitting greyhounds to be entered in races;(c) Kennel operators or the following persons shall be available to be called to the racing premises: (1) A representative with an ownership interest in the kennel operation; or(2) An authorized agent who holds any occupational license.(d) Kennel operators shall: (1) Identify to the commission their representatives or authorized agents; and(2) Notify the commission of any changes in their representatives or authorized agents.(e) All kennel operators shall: (1) Submit to the commission and the licensee a list of trainers, assistant trainers any other employees;(2) Report to the commission and the licensee any changes in the list.(f) When the kennel operator is a corporation, the corporation shall:(1) Submit a complete list of its shareholders and the number of shares owned by each one; and(2) Notify the commission if any change of stock ownership.(g) A kennel operator shall designate and identify to the commission the kennel's trainer of record.(h) Within 48 hours of the end of the racing meet or of a greyhound's removal from the racing premises, kennel operators shall provide the racing secretary a written notification of the disposition of each greyhound that raced during the racing meet or was removed from the racing premises.(i) The notification required by (g) above shall include:(1) The name of the racing facility to which the greyhound was moved;(2) The adoption agency with which the greyhound was placed;(3) If the greyhound was euthanized, the name of the veterinarian who euthanized it; or(4) Other information indicating the disposition of the greyhound.N.H.
