Section Pari 806.55 - Qualifications for Greyhound Racing Security Personnel

In addition to the qualifications set forth in Pari 806.35 above, an applicant for a license to act as security personnel under Pari 806.01(a) (33) shall:

(a) Be recommended for the occupational license by a person, corporation or association licensed under RSA 284:15-a; and

(b) Hold a valid New Hampshire security guard license under RSA 106-F.
