Section Pari 806.44 - Qualifications for Greyhound Director of Racing, Photo Finish Operator, Video Equipment Operator or Timer

In addition to the qualifications set forth in Pari 806.35 above, an applicant for a license as a director of racing under Pari 806.01(a) (12), photo finish operator under Pari 806.01(a) (24), video equipment operator under Pari 806.01(a) (25) or a timer under Pari 806.01(a) (26) shall:

(a) Have successfully served in on-the-job training during 150 races under the supervision of a person currently or formerly licensed in the occupational category in which the applicant seeks licensure; and

(b) Be recommended for the occupational license by a person, corporation or association licensed under RSA 284:15-a;
