Section Pari 806.40 - Qualifications for Greyhound Veterinary Assistant

In addition to the qualifications set forth in Pari 806.35 above, an applicant for a veterinary assistant license under Pari 806.01(a) (7) shall:

(a) Not currently be subject to suspension or revocation of any license to practice veterinary medicine in this or any other jurisdiction; and

(b) Be recommended for the occupational license by an occupationally licensed veterinarian who has agreed to supervise the applicant.
