Section Pari 803.02 - Duties of Racing Officials(a) While serving in an official capacity a racing official shall not wager on, or have any financial interest in, the outcome of any race or any greyhound racing.(b) A racing official shall not accept, directly or indirectly, any gratuity, reward or favor in connection with greyhound racing.(c) A racing official shall immediately report to the board every observed violation of these rules and RSA 284.N.H.
