Section Pari 802.01 - General Duties

Licensees shall:

(a) Comply with Pari 503;

(b) Submit to the commission the names of all racing officials at the time of their employment but no later than 60 days prior to the first day of the racing meet;

(c) Take such measures as are needed to maintain the security of the greyhounds and to protect them from being injured, frightened or tampered with;

(d) Exclude from restricted areas all persons not displaying a badge issued pursuant to Pari 502.12(a) or by the commission or a visitor's pass issued pursuant to Pari 502.13;

(e) Provide official racing programs which meet the requirements of Pari 802.03;

(f) Maintain facilities in compliance with Pari 802.04;

(g) Establish, in compliance with Pari 802.02, qualifying conditions for the entry of greyhounds into purse races; and

(h) Operate a greyhound adoption program complying with Pari 810.
