Section Pari 605.56 - Qualifications for Employee of a Horse Racing Totalisator CompanyIn addition to the qualifications set forth in Pari 605.35 above, an applicant for an occupational license as a horse racing employee of a totalisator company shall:
(a) Be recommended for the occupational license by a person, corporation or association licensed under RSA 284:15; and(b) Be recommended for the occupational license by a totalisator company that:(1) Possesses a contract with a licensee under RSA 284:15; and(2) Intends to hire or continue the employment of the employee at the racing premises that is subject to the contract noted in (b)(1) above.N.H.
