Section Pari 605.52 - Qualifications for Horse Racing Security Personnel

In addition to the qualifications set forth in Pari 605.35 above, an applicant for an occupational license as a horse racing security personnel shall:

(a) Be recommended for the occupational license by a person, corporation or association licensed under RSA 284:15; and

(b) Hold a valid New Hampshire security guard license under RSA 106-F.
