Section Pari 605.44 - Qualifications for Harness Race StarterIn addition to the qualifications set forth in Pari 605.35 above, an applicant for an occupational license as a race starter shall:
(a) Be a member of the USTA;(b) Have successfully served in on-the-job training under the supervision of a person currently or formerly licensed in the occupational category in which the applicant is seeking licensure; and(c) Be recommended for the occupational license by a person, corporation or association licensed under RSA 284:15.N.H.
