Section Pari 605.42 - Qualifications for Harness Racing Official Trainee

In addition to the qualifications set forth in Pari 605.35 above, an applicant for an occupational license as a harness racing official trainee shall:

(a) Be a member of USTA;

(b) Be recommended for the occupational license by a person, corporation or association licensed under RSA 284:15; and

(c) Be recommended for the occupational license by a licensed racing official who agrees to supervise the applicant.
