Section Pari 605.06 - Judges' Recommendations(a) A judge shall recommend licensure of an applicant either by: (1) Placing, in an area near the signature line of an application form marked "for official use only", his or her signature on a line that specifies whether the judge is selected by the commission, by a licensee under RSA 284:15, or by the other judges as a temporary judge; or(2) Submitting his or her recommendation regarding licensure in the form of a separate written document.(b) Separate written documents under (a)(2) above shall bear the name and signature of the judge and the date of signing.N.H.
