Section Pari 502.15 - Patron Information and Complaints(a) Licensees shall designate a location and staff it for the purpose of: (1) Answering patrons' questions relating to racing or the sale of pari-mutuel pools; and(2) Receiving complaints and information related to racing or the sale of pari-mutuel pools.(b) The location described in (a) above shall be easily accessed by patrons and identified with a prominent sign.(c) Licensees shall promptly notify the commission of a complaint or any report regarding: (1) Alleged violations of RSA 284 or these rules;(2) Accidents or injuries; or(3) Unsafe or unsanitary conditions for patrons, other persons and animals present on the premises.N.H.
