Section Pari 1105.01 - Responsibilities of All Licensees

All licensees shall conduct charitable gaming activities in a manner that ensures:

(a) The integrity of the game;

(b) That the games are fair, secure, and able to be auditable and operate correctly; and

(c) That all games are free from corruption, criminal influences, and conflicts of interest.
