Section Pari 1104.05 - Appealing a Decision(a) Any person aggrieved by the commission's decision to deny or revoke a license may appeal the decision by submitting a request for an administrative hearing to the commission within 15 days of the date on the notice issued pursuant to Pari 1104.04(e).(b) In accordance with RSA 287-E:26, any person aggrieved by a decision of the commission upon appeal to deny or revoke a license may apply to the commission for a rehearing within 15 business days of the decision.(c) Hearings and rehearings shall be governed by RSA 541, RSA 541-A:30, Pari 200 and Jus 800, as applicable.(d) In accordance with RSA 541:6, within 30 days after the motion for a rehearing is denied, or, if the motion is granted, then within 30 days after the decision of such hearing, the moving party may appeal by petition to the supreme court.N.H.
