"Consultant" means a person or entity that has been hired by the charitable organization for consulting, managing, assisting in the sale of lucky 7 tickets, record keeping, filing forms with the commission, advertising, providing free offer of coffee and donuts to customers, or security protection for the organization itself, not including security for the hall or parking area, as allowed by RSA 287-E:7, II(b).
