Section Pari 1006.01 - Responsibilities of All Licensees(a) All licensees shall conduct charitable gaming activities in a manner that ensures: (1) The integrity of the game;(2) That the games are fair, secure, and able to be auditable and operate correctly; and(3) That all games are free from corruption, criminal influences, and conflicts of interest.(b) Upon request, the licensee shall permit the commission or its designee to examine all bingo related books, records, inventory, or the business or gaming premises as deemed necessary for an ongoing inspection, investigation or audit or to otherwise determine the licensee's compliance with RSA 287-E and this chapter.N.H.
