Section Par 401.03 - Special Conditions(a) In addition to conditions applicable to all parolees, the board shall impose special conditions of parole that address the treatment, supervision, and public safety needs presented by each offender.(b) Criteria used to determine appropriate special conditions shall include: (1) Treatment recommended by the department of corrections or other competent providers;(2) The nature of the inmate's confining offense;(3) The length of incarceration;(4) Past performance during community supervision;(5) Any other factors that enhance the transition of the parolee to the community, or diminish the parolee's threat to society; and(6) Concerns of the victim.N.H.
