Section Par 207.03 - Appearance and Representation

If the parolee is represented by counsel, the counselshall file an appearance that includes the following information:

(a) A brief identification of the matter;

(b) A statement as to whether the attorney is licensed to practice in New Hampshire; and

(c) The attorney's daytime address and telephone number.
