Section Par 205.01 - Date of Issuance or Filing(a) All decisions, orders, notices, or other written correspondence or documents issued by or at the direction of the board shall be rebuttably presumed to have been issued on the date noted on the document.(b) All written documents governed by these rules shall be deemed to have been filed with or received by the board on the actual date of receipt by the board, as evidenced by a date stamp placed on the document by the board in the normal course of business.N.H.
