Section Opt 502.01 - Obligation to Obey(a) The ethical standards set forth in this part shall bind all licensees and out of state contact lens dispensers.(b) Violation of any standard set forth in this part shall constitute unprofessional conduct pursuant to RSA 327:20, II(c).(c) Conduct proscribed by these ethical standards, when performed by a licensee, shall be a basis for initiating disciplinary proceedings as set out in Opt 200 and Opt 501.03.N.H.
