Section Opt 301.04 - Character QualificationsAn application shall be denied if:
(a) The applicant, or someone acting on the applicant's behalf, has submitted false information to the board which is material to the board's assessment of the applicant's qualifications for licensure, or has neglected to disclose information which is material to the board's assessment of the applicant's qualifications for licensure;(b) Evidence of past disciplinary action taken by another licensing body indicates the applicant cannot be relied upon to practice competently, safely and honestly, or adhere to the ethical standards required by Opt 502.01; or(c) Evidence of convictions of a felony or misdemeanor indicates the applicant cannot be relied upon to practice competently, safely and honestly, or adhere to the ethical standards required by Opt 502.01.N.H.
