Section Odb 404.04 - Reimbursement Request Priority(a) The board shall consider requests for reimbursement from the fund as follows: (1) Web-based submittals with expedited payment and corrective action performed by the department shall have first priority;(2) Web-based submittals shall have second priority;(3) Upload submittals shall have third priority; and(4) Paper submittals shall have fourth priority.(b) The board shall consider requests for reimbursement in the chronological order received regardless of the submittal method, if the balance in the fund is not sufficient to pay all uncontested reimbursement requests.N.H.
