Section Odb 402.03 - Bodily injury costs

"Bodily injury costs" means damages proven by expert medical testimony as to diagnosable personal injury, illness, or other bodily injury, including emotional distress accompanied by physical manifestations suffered by a party other than an owner or its agents as a result of a discharge.
