Section Odb 203.22 - Conclusion of Hearing(a) Prior to the conclusion of the hearing, the presiding officer shall, upon request and at his or her discretion, direct that the record be left open for a specified period of time to accommodate the filing of documents not available at the hearing.(b) If the presiding officer determines that such documents are necessary to a full consideration of the subject matter, the presiding officer shall set a date by which the additional documents shall be filed.N.H.
