Section Odb 203.13 - Hearing Procedures(a) The presiding officer shall: (1) Regulate the course of the hearing;(2) Rule upon issues of procedure; and(3) Take such other action that is necessary for the efficient and orderly conduct of the hearing.(b) The presiding officer shall open the hearing by describing the general terms, the purpose of the hearing, and the general procedure governing its conduct.(c) Any person appearing before the board shall be required to state for the record his or her name, address, and if a representative of a party, the identity of the party so represented.N.H.
