Section Occ 401.01 - Active in the profession"Active in the profession" means, as applied to an applicant for reinstatement of licensure, having engaged in occupational therapy:
(a) As:(1) A direct caregiver in occupational therapy;(2) An occupational therapy educator;(3) An occupational therapy administrator;(4) An occupational therapy consultant;(5) A member of an occupational therapy board or committee;(6) A student enrolled full time in an advanced occupational therapy degree program; or(b) For 100 hours for the 2 years immediately preceding the submission of the completed application.N.H.
