Section Occ 304.05 - Eligibility Requirements for Supervisors To qualify to provide the required supervision individuals shall be:
(a) Currently licensed in New Hampshire as occupational therapists;(b) Non-probationary employees not under disciplinary investigation or under pending disciplinary charges and have not had disciplinary action taken against them in any state within the past 5 years; and(c) Not related in any of the following ways to the conditional licensees to be supervised: (2) Parent, step-parent, parent-in-law or step-parent in-law;(3) Natural, foster or adopted child or stepchild;(4) Sibling, brother-in-law or sister-in-law;(5) First or second cousin;N.H.
