Section Nur 605.06 - Refresher Course Offered through Distance Education Programs(a) Faculty, preceptors, course coordinator and instructors and others employed by, or who are agents of, the refresher course program and who are in contact with patients shall hold a current and active license or privilege to practice that is not encumbered and meets requirements in the state/ jurisdiction where the students/ patients are located.(b) Coordinator and faculty who teach didactic nursing, or faculty who have oversight of students or preceptors but do not provide care for patients, shall hold a current and active license or privilege to practice that is not encumbered and meet requirements in the home state/jurisdiction where the refresher course program is approved.N.H.
