Section Nur 501.01 - Obligation to Obey(a) The ethical standards set forth in this part shall bind all licensees and, as applicable, applicants for a license.(b) Violations of any of the standards shall be included within the scope of the term "unprofessional conduct" as used in RSA 326-B:37, II(h) and shall result in disciplinary action by the board.N.H.
