Section Nur 402.03 - Immediate Suspension(a) When the board receives information indicating that a licensee has engaged misconduct that poses an immediate danger to public health, safety, or welfare, the board shall, pursuant to RSA 326-B:37, IV, immediately suspend such person's license and commence an adjudicative proceeding not later than 10 working days after the date of the board order suspending the license.(b) Suspension orders under this section shall include a notice of hearing that sets forth all the information required by RSA 326-B: 38, IX, and RSA 541-A: 31, III.(c) No hearing date established in a proceeding conducted under this section shall be postponed at the request of the licensee unless the licensee agrees in writing to waive the 10-working day requirement. If the licensee waives the 10-working day requirement, the suspension shall remain in effect until the completion of the hearing, pursuant to RSA 326-B: 37, IV.(d) Pursuant to RSA 541-A: 31, III, a record of the proceeding shall be made by a certified shorthand court reporter provided by the board.N.H.
